We had Lisa and her team help my father transition from his long time home (since 1965) in Bellevue this past year. Both my sister and I live out of state and needed help with the enormous task of the transitions/ moving 50+ years of our family's home. Her services were comprehensive from assessing and hosting estate sale, assisting with move to new residential facility, prepping/ staging home for sale ( and getting top dollar). They went above and beyond what we had hoped for and continued to follow up with my father months after business concluded, We interviewed several real estate agents. I got a call from a lawyer in Seattle, telling me my aunt passed away and left me everything. I live in New York City and didn’t even know her, but she had no one else. I met with Lisa, we agreed on terms, I gave her the keys and flew home. The house was packed to the gills; most of it looked like junk to me. Lisa and her team saw more. A few weeks later, I received a check for $30,000 and was in total shock. What a wonderful gift from my aunt. Thanks Lisa!

We needed to clear all the contents of the Moffitt Mansion last weekend, and we found a company that did a terrific job in the worst weather possible! The sale took place Sunday and Monday, and then anything left (and this home was 7.000 sq ft) with cupboards and stuff galore was cleared out! We weren't sure how she was going to make it happen, but when we came to do a walk-through with the buyers Wednesday, it was spic and span and empty. So Kudos to Lisa and her professional team!
